Spa Etiquette
- Your Spa Reservation will be guaranteed with your credit card. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check-in, change, and relax in our Steam Room or Serenity Room. A late arrival will deprive you of treatment time. We end all appointments on time to respect the next scheduled guest.
- Some treatments are not recommended for pregnant women so please let us know if you are expecting and we will design special services for you to enjoy.
- Our staff will assist you in consultations and design a personal treatment program or series for you as well as a proper take home program to maintain your health and beauty.
- Serenity Spa and Salon will provide you with lockers, robes, slippers, and other amenities for your convenience and comfort. Most of these items will be available for purchase in the Serenity Boutique.
- Please, no children unless they are scheduled for a Salon or Nail Service. Guests must be 18 years of age or older for personal services excluding Hair and Nail Treatments. Guest between the age of 16 and 17 may schedule an appointment but must have a parent or guardian present during the service.
- We ask that you do not bring your cell phone or pager to the spa. We also ask that you do not bring your jewelry and valuables.
